0:00 All right, we here. We got We got a special guest in the 0:06 building. You know what I'm saying? Your mother breakfast club. We got Dainci in the house. 0:13 You know what time it is. You know, Dainci, you've been doing your thing. Also, Black Rose came back. Like, 0:19 we had such a fun. Matter of fact, we shot the other episode yesterday and we shot another one today. So fun. So fun, 0:26 you know. And um uh so Deaini, you you killing the game. You and I'm trying. I'm trying. Your stand 0:33 up is hilarious. We did a couple of shows together. Yeah. Yeah, man. I mean, I've been enjoying your fucking growth and like 0:38 just having you back in in the city, man. It's been amazing, bro. It's been amazing having you here. I What I love is coming back here is 0:44 like meeting not only meeting you, but like being with Tommy, like the whole crew, 0:50 like seeing Dominicans. Yeah. No, like we're we're really trying to put on for the culture right now. Like we're pushing forward. So it is 0:56 amazing to see everybody get along and like kind of be Yeah, there's no there's hardly any beef. There's no beef. 1:02 I mean, not amongst us necessarily, but you know, there's always little shit around there. 1:07 Yeah, I think we should start a beef with somebody. Who should we Well, like rappers and shit. No, like at least another comedian. I 1:15 vote Vladimir Kmano. What do you guys think? I think I think he's funny, 1:22 but I shouldn't compliment somebody. Watching this shit earlier, man. He's actually mad funny. He is very funny, but I got to start a 1:27 beef with him. Yeah. Yeah. 1:35 No, I mean like we're not we're not like I know like artist is like mostly like rappers they be having beef and like 1:40 let's take a not really like that with us. Um but there are people that probably feel 1:46 a type of way about some of the younger comedians coming up and which is sad 1:51 which is not necessarily Let's talk about that today. But I don't know if I want to pinpoint too much on it, but it's just I don't know. 1:58 Like I just like and I don't want I don't want nobody to take this the wrong way, but one thing that I try to pride myself on 2:05 is just going off energy with people and I I feel your energy is off because of 2:10 some type of growth that I'm having that you feel like I owe you for. That's a little weird, man. Yeah. 2:16 So, who who are we talking about? Nah, I mean it's just man like I just 2:22 feel like I know like a lot of people um were 2:28 comedians before us, stand up comedians before us and we have watched these guys grow and that's why like I give guys 2:35 like Tommy his fucking flowers all the time. Tommy like he's one of my favorite 2:41 fucking people in the world because I watched him do comedy when I was playing basketball. I didn't even think I was going to be a comedian. Yeah. And the second that I started 2:47 doing comedy, he he'll reach out. He'll try to put me on shows. He'll try to like have me a part of La Factori. Like 2:54 that man like, you feel me? Like he didn't just look at it as, okay, these guys are coming up and they owe me this. He 3:00 actually try to help us and put us in situations to kind of win. So I always try to give him his flower cuz he's one of the 3:06 selective few that I feel like cares about the youth and he that he has be happy and proud 3:14 like him like guys like Chris Grant too. I always take his plate aside because he's somebody that's like one of my 3:20 mentors. He's helped me so much, bro. And he's somebody that's been doing comedy for a long time. But these are actual guys that like you feel like 3:26 they're happy for you. And that doesn't necessarily come from is it the authent you you feel the 3:31 energy the authenticity you know you just feel like the love is different like when somebody dishes out a love 3:37 with actual genuine love you feel it opposed to when there's like a little 3:42 bit of darkness like pushed into that love. I don't know. I guess this is weird but it's a 3:47 weird it's like a weird outcome. I mean, I just I don't know. Like I just 3:54 feel like I feel energy and I feel like when shit is not genuine and I just 4:00 So what what is it that got you into comedy? Cuz I'm like, you know, I feel like, you know, you came out of nowhere. 4:05 Yo, bro. So, I've been doing content for like like 12 13 years. Yo, I met him. I was doing I was doing like like minor 4:12 content like just ranting on my phone and stuff, but I was in school, bro. I went to school I went to college late 4:17 like at 25. Okay. And that's when I kind of like picked up the nisb being bored in my dorm room and stuff like that after 4:23 school or practice and I would just rant about situations, anything that was relevant at the time. 4:30 Dancing video that was like my niche. Yeah, I seen you at the club dancing and 4:35 you too. 4:42 Um, when I was in college, you know, like I was 25. Um, I was still pursuing basketball, 4:49 like trying to play professionally, but I was getting older. And then the pandemic happened. Um, something that really like changed 4:55 my whole perspective of life and like just made me want to go into a whole different career, which was comedy. U, 5:00 my best friend passed away. He passed away at 32 years old. He was super young. Um, he um, rest in peace 5:08 may make God wrestle. So he um he was just so full of life and he did so many things in life and he taught me that I 5:14 would literally pursue basketball, but he was somebody that he tried to pursue so many things at once because he felt 5:20 like you're able to tap in different type of elements and like be good at these things and like 5:26 and like he just opened my eyes and I don't know like after he passed away I was like at this really dark place and 5:32 the only thing that kind of like shift me away from like thinking negatively or like just being in that thought process 5:37 was laughing. And I had mad followers like Rachel, you should do stand up. You should do stand 5:42 up. You should do stand up. And then guys like Justin Silva. Oh, Justin. I love Justin. I keep 5:49 hearing Justin. Oh, Justin Silva is the tard about him. 5:54 Puerto Rican. I believe he's Puerto Rican and Dominican, guys. He's half and half. 6:00 I think he's Puerto Rican. I think his parents are Puerto Rican. I know his stepdad. 6:07 LA. I'm not sure. I don't I don't want to be wrong. We probably bring him in one of these days. 6:12 He's amazing, bro. He's an amazing individual and he's the he's one person that told me like, "Bro, why you don't 6:17 do stand up comedy? I feel like you could do it." And then Mike uh Free the World, the CE CEO of um 6:24 Rumble in the Bronx. He had his own comedy show going on. He just bring new 6:30 influencers that were trying out comedy and stuff like that. So, he gave me a chance. cuz I did that and I never look 6:36 back, bro. It's the best thing I've done. I love that more. I like I see it like this like it's like I I always think 6:42 about Dominican Revolution. I want I want to create a Dominican Revolution in a sense that we're all playing a part. 6:48 Yeah. And is we're funny people like how can we elevate the culture 6:54 past any negativity that that that that's put on top of us because I think we need to show the beauty of who we are 7:01 as of people. Yeah, we're actually an amazing and it's not just because I am Dominican or you guys are we're an 7:06 amazing culture, bro. Like it's an amazing culture to like get to see and to like 7:12 get to experience. So, um I totally agree with what you're saying. We have to kind of change the 7:17 Everybody Everybody Everybody is playing a role. You playing a role, you know, Mr. Noay, we got Marcelo, Ian, 7:25 Radell, like there's so many guys that really trying to guys. And isn't it dope that these are 7:30 all our friends? Yo. Yeah. Like that's that's that's why I'm like so kind of like 7:37 like I'm so happy that things are going the way that are going because it's like everybody got their own niche. 7:42 Yeah. It's not like anybody's like we'll feed off each other but we all have our own Yes. 7:48 necessarily like I don't like to say fan base cuz I feel like a lot of us aren't there yet but we have a lot of 7:54 supporters. Yes. So, I feel like we all have our own niche of supporters and 7:59 like I feel like these people really appreciate what we do and that's why it's amazing when we have shows together 8:05 that we're able to pack these places out cuz they get to see all these all of us. Everybody coming together at once 8:10 and then when they see us, the relationship that we have, they see that, oh, these guys are actually boys. They're working 8:17 like each other. Like, you feel what I'm saying? So, it's amazing to see, bro. is I'm really happy and I'm really um 8:23 excited to see what happens like as far as like the Dominican uh Dominican culture, 8:28 the Dominican re I call it the Dominican Revolution. I understand we we say we call it we say 8:35 Dr. DR, but when I hear Dr. I hear Dominican revolution and and it's because we we need to bring I think 8:42 we're we're done knocking on doors. We're not here to knock on nobody's door. We're here to build. We're 8:48 Dominicans. We could build anything. We'll build the whole building. We can build the whole building. We can build a car. We And we don't need to 8:55 knock on your door because we build the fucking door. And like honestly, like thinking about it like that, like just the Dominican 9:02 Revolution in general, like just the the the country, the cult like we've been getting like so 9:08 broadcasted out because the tourism and and DR is like probably number one right now. 9:14 Yes. Um it's booming. Um, if you like watch shows now, Netflix 9:19 shows, TV shows, the movies, some of it is getting filmed in DR, they're referencing the Dominican Republic for a 9:25 lot of things. So, um, as a culture, I feel like we've grown a lot from where we were at and we're just going to 9:31 continue to grow and I'm just excited to see everybody be a part of We're getting casted more. We're getting 9:36 Do you guys saw like all the Dominicans in Love Island? Yeah, that's what I'm saying. 9:50 But yeah, it's amazing to see, man, like the growth of the culture cuz I knew that we always had that potential. It's 9:55 just um we had like a negative ass light on us. Yeah, it come it comes and go, 10:01 but I feel like I know there's a negative light there, you know, and there was negative lives 10:06 before, like, you know, before I started P like they was talking about us when it when it came to the Haitian there was a 10:12 uh there was a massive Haitian deportation, right? And that was kind of casting a negative 10:18 light on Dominicans at that time. And that's when I was like, oh wait, the when it came to the internet, people 10:24 just saw Dominican as something negative because of that. Yeah. And when I was like, "Oh shit, if there 10:30 was no Tommy, there would be no 10:35 let me make content that shows us in a different light of who we are." 10:40 And then I did ignore a lot of the negative com because it was a lot of negative comments coming. When I first 10:46 started doing better like videos, they were like, "Yo, why don't you talk about this? Why don't you talk about the Haitian re re uh relationship with 10:54 Dominican Republic?" But the thing is I also not qualified to even talk about it yet. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm I'm 11:01 the same way. Like if I'm not too if I'm not like if I don't really have much knowledge or like wisdom in the 11:08 topic, I'm not going to give my opinion. Exactly. Cuz the that's the one thing I've learned like you got to watch what you 11:15 say. Yeah. Cuz once you say something out there, you might not even have a bad 11:21 intention of saying the things that people might portray that you're saying. I think I we live in a culture that feel like we we look at influencers, right? 11:28 And then we also look at celebrities and we're like, why are you not saying anything about this? I don't give a fuck 11:34 about half of these people what they're saying. Who cares about what Lil Wayne has to say about Black Lives Matter or 11:39 or Day Khaled has to say about, you see what I'm saying? Like these people like 11:44 nobody looks at them for their ideals or or their views. Like let them be the entertainment that they came up to be. 11:50 to put it that pressure. It's kind of it's kind of crazy in me, but it's it's I feel like it's normal now in a sense. 11:58 Yeah, I get what you mean. It's the being in the public eye. I guess people and and us 12:03 um cuz I'm going to say us cuz we also are consumers. Sometimes we'll look at things and we're like, "Oh, why isn't 12:08 this person speaking up about it? Why, you know, and it's it's hard to try to 12:14 please everyone, right?" Um you just have to find that balance. And I think 12:19 I've seen you do it. You do have that balance that you speak about certain things. And like you just said, if you 12:25 don't know too much about it, you might shy away from it, but a a seed was planted that might make 12:31 you want to search that history. So I see I don't see um everything as oh 12:37 that's just good, that's just bad. That's I feel like it's just all necessary for the evolution of all of us one way or another. 12:44 I agree. That's how I see it. I try to stay very balanced with those topics and 12:49 understand both sides. I do agree. I do agree that we need to have these conversations either way. 12:54 No matter how hard cuz the hardest conversations are the more important ones though and people don't 13:00 people like hate to be uncomfortable. Yeah. Mhm. Yeah. And that is something that you got to 13:06 kind of get accustomed to now. Like you got to be uncomfortable and try to find comfortability in something that 13:12 you're uncomfortable about. Even if it's how do I put this and not for not to 13:17 sound crazy like people will be uncomfortable. Let's say like you know somebody that you need to 13:24 have a conversation about about responsibility. Yeah. Yeah. You feel what I'm saying? Like they will 13:29 be uncomfortable because you're bringing something that will benefit them if they fucking sat there and listen about what 13:35 the hell you was talking about. You know what I'm saying? Rather than just looking at us, oh no, you're coming at me. Yeah. I I feel like I say comfort is the 13:43 enemy of progress. Yeah, bro. I agree 100%. And accountability is what and and we're lacking accountability 13:50 lack accountability. I know I know motherfuckers that got the potential to be like but they lack 13:56 accountability. Accountability. Yo, like it's crazy. No, for real. For 14:01 real. I know people that have like so much potential and it's like they don't like to take the accountability or the 14:07 responsibility whe when they're wrong or or like or like just when somebody is trying to 14:12 like show you something like I'm like my pops always since a little kid like if I had an 14:20 adult talking to me and I wasn't listening you best to believe this man was about to flip on me. 14:26 Yeah. Damn it. Cuz that that man is older than you. So even if even if you're not going to use 14:33 nothing that he's saying right now listen because that might help you later. Yeah. 14:39 If you don't need to scrap it up, throw it away already. That nigga talking about I think we're also missing that culturally now. Yeah. We don't have that no more. 14:45 We don't have that no more. I think when I was a kid was it was normal to be like, "Oh, I'm outside or I'm hanging 14:50 out with older guys and I'm learning and they're schooling me like the old heads." I don't think this generation 14:56 has that. Guys, we are those older people that got But this is the difference. 15:01 This is the difference though. Like like and I'm pretty sure you guys can relate. Growing up in New York like 15:06 around the 90s and like the early 2000s, the pe the older people like that were 15:14 on your neighborhood, they were helping raise you too. So even if your mom wasn't home 15:21 or or why you outside so late, it's dark already. Go upstairs. You feel what I'm saying? Your mom is going to trip out. I 15:28 remember I remember like I got my hat stolen once by this kid like you know and one of the drug dealers fucking 15:35 chased him down the block like couple of blocks and this nigga he was a runner like you know he was a runner he chased 15:40 him like two three blocks to get my fucking hat back and then the kid never fucked with me ever again. He was like oh this dude knows yeah like no like I 15:48 remember that like I literally remember like I would be outside it would get dark it start getting dark and there's this guy in my blog his name was Tony 15:56 Uhhuh. It's like the honcho on my block, right? Yeah. Fuck are you guys doing outside? 16:01 Yeah. And we're like, you're not even my father. Like, what are you talking about? Oh, nah. Let's walk to the building 16:06 right now. You're not going to intercom. Yo, I'm sending your kids up right now. Thank you, Tony. Yeah. There was I remember once I was 16:12 drunk. Who the hell is Tony? It's like that. I I had I remember once I was drunk with my boys. I was I was 16:19 like drinking in my crib and I was like, "Let me walk my boy to the train station." But I was fucked up. I'm more 16:24 welcome to And then I saw like one of my dad's friends was like one of the drug dealers from like 145th like he was 16:30 short as shit though. Short as shit but scary was the toughest one. Stocky. He was stocky as shit. He's like 16:37 I already knew that he was going to be stocky. He's like he's like yo what the fuck you doing at 2:00 in the fucking morning and 16:43 you're drunk, nigga. Going to fuck me up, nigga. You better go home right now. I was like Theo. And 16:50 then everybody's Theo. Yeah. Yeah. Yo, and our parents would beat us if we did something. I don't know. I mean, I'm 16:58 telling you, like I don't know, but like I literally remember I grew up on 178 in Audabon, bro. And then we moved to the 17:03 Bronx like when I was like six, but my mom, she she had five boys, you feel me? 17:08 So they it's easy. [Music] 17:16 It's easy to see that, right? So like she would make really good friends within and people that own the store or 17:22 whatever the case is. Like she always she always raises with manners like 17:28 you go to like always like that. So 17:35 but whenever we was outside doing something that we wasn't supposed to do, they have so much respect for my parents 17:40 that they will call my mother. Your son is in the cornering. 17:45 I remember I remember And you will give you like what you 17:54 do and you go home about to snitch on her like yo ma this lady like yande yande 18:02 that don't happen lot it's a lot of disrespect with these I remember m put why is this shit 18:08 sounding all over the damn place make sure we put our phones on silent money and money I me one day my aunt my grandmother and 18:16 my mom cuz I came home late from the library elementary. 18:23 Instead of going straight home, I walked my friend home first. Oh man. And then I went home. 18:37 My cousin 18:46 because I was on the floor trying to catch my breath. That's hilarious. Coming home late from the library. 18:51 Jumped. God damn. Just for coming home late. Never again did it. I never did it again. Like I remember we would do stuff 18:58 and I like in the midst of doing the shit that we not supposed to be doing. I would look at my brother like, "Boy, if 19:04 mommy found out is no." 19:10 I I remember once I was I got in a fight with a drug dealer 145th, right? And then and it was for something 19:16 stupid. My girl was like walking in front of me like we were like You already got into it with your girl. Yeah. 19:23 She's walking right in front of me. I'm fucking mad. She's mad at me and some dude started hollering her in front of me. 19:29 Yo, mama. And I just like I I just let it loose like, "Yo, mama." 19:38 And she was back. She was taller than me. So she he There's no way he could have seen me behind her. Mighty Mouse 19:46 behind her. I feel bad now. I was like, I didn't even think 19:52 I feel bad. How did I think about 19:58 that bitch was 5'9. 20:04 He came and see you. I thought you were her little brother. A different block, bro. And I remember like th I'll be back 20:10 and then and you know like when you're young like you're like 18, 19, you don't have that. There's no that fear factor 20:17 of of somebody that might be bigger than you there. There might be 20:22 could be five niggas and there's only you. There's this thing that you don't think about like you could die 20:27 consequences honestly. Like trust me, I know what you mean. 20:34 Nigga, I dropped off or whatever. Nigga, I took the train all the way to Fremont. Oh yeah. You know how mad you got to be 20:40 that I took the train from 145th to Fremont. Dropped off at work and then from the Fremont back I was like, "Yo, 20:46 I'm going to go and fight this nigga." I took the train back from all over 20:52 and I walked out of the train. Somebody tapped me on my shoulder was my boy that just got out of jail. I was like, "Yo, what's up, my nigga?" He's like, "Yo, 20:58 what's up, my nigga?" Yeah, I'm about to go and get in a fight. He's like, "Say no more." I like I thought he was going to help him stop. 21:04 Like, you talk me out of this shit. 21:10 I was waiting. I was like, "Nigga, you're not going to ask why, right? Talk me out of it. 21:17 He's like, "Say no more. I'm there. I'm going with you, nigga." I went, "Yeah, 21:24 I went over there. I was walking. That nigga saw me from far away." Yeah. He expected me. I went and he was sitting 21:29 down. I went, "What?" And he fell off his chair. And then his boy was about to jump in and then my boy came out of 21:35 nowhere. He's like, "What? You going to get in this?" He's like, you know, 21:43 I cannot. But I remember I went I went across the street. I was like, yo, like like this 21:49 dude kept grabbing the chair and throwing it at me. I'm like, nigga, let's fight. And like hand to hand. Let's go. Like, you know what I'm 21:54 saying? Stand up. I'm like, I don't need to use nothing. No weapons, no chairs, no nothing cuz I'm a man. And then um I was a kid. I was just 22:02 dumb. I was just stupid. And I I walked into the hardware store. I'm like, "Yo," and I went to get I know in the hardware 22:09 store they had a bat. Oh my. I'm like, "What are you getting in the hardware?" I I saw I'm like, "I'm going to get a bat. I'm 22:14 going to beat this nigga. The niggas keep grabbing the chair." I'm like, "I'm going to go grab the bat." That was my mentality. And I went right out to grab 22:20 the bat. I was with a bat walking out and one of dudes, the dudes that was running the whole thing came up to me. 22:26 He was like, "Baka." He was a big Dominican nigga like nigga. I was like, "Ba." And that nigga look scary too. I 22:33 was like I had my back like the middle 22:41 and then he was like I was like he was like 23:02 like, "Yo, like I'm fucking up with that money." And you knew that, too. Like, like that was something cuz yo, you making the 23:09 block hot. You're making the block. I already knew. That was like something that you don't do. Like, 23:14 yo, and I remember the dude came outside. He had a he he had a bigger bat than I had a softball bat. This nigga 23:20 had a baseball bat. He's like, "Bang, you like the hell? This nigga got the bat bigger than mine. 23:28 [Laughter] 23:40 the dude walk me like 23:48 and then later on that night my uncle showed up like that nigga used to run that shit 145th and he rolled up like 24:00 I don't know what happened with the dude, but like every day I walk by the block like 24:06 like a dumb ass. Like when you young, bro, I feel like your 24:12 adrenaline and everything that just pump you be like, "Yo, bro, bro, we going we going to die today. Let's die." Why is it? 24:18 Why you like that? Why yall get so mad? Not even with like I'm not even ego. Like it's just I feel like you're 24:25 young and like you just don't give a fuck. Like I feel like y know what's up. 24:31 Like it's just like yo bro like I remember like like kids now like I I feel bad for the youth now because 24:37 everybody has a gun. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The thing that I was scared more of the 24:42 most when I used to get into a fight was like this motherfucker might be wearing breast knuckles. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's the only shit. 24:50 Or they might stab me. Or they might stab you. Or they used to have it. I don't know. Y remember they used to have the razors in the mouth. 24:55 Yeah. Like they used to slice your face and stuff. Like we came from that area. They still doing that though by the way. I'm saying like we came from that area. 25:00 Like I remember like for for most Halloweens you weren't allowed to wear a certain color. You weren't allowed to be 25:07 outside till late cuz like past like dusk it was getting nasty. 25:12 You you remember they used to ask you like what time it is and they would slice your face. Bro, it was crazy bro. Like I remember 25:19 like yo I remember my mom bro um she had this big ass red trench coat. 25:25 Yeah. Yeah. And this shit was like a Barasuko trench. That brand in the '9s was like 25:30 it. Okay. And my my brother's dad bought her this 25:36 jacket. And every time she wore a bra, I used to be nervous cuz I used to be in 25:42 the street with her like and it was me and like two of my brothers and she used and it was a fly ass jacket. It was all 25:48 red, bro. And I was like, "Yo, we lucky we live in the Heights." Yeah, cuz it was the Brooklyn. 25:54 It would have been or the Bronx. It would have been a It would have been over. person in the heights like there was like gangs and 26:02 stuff like that but it was more like damn I don't even they were the DVPs DPS but like at this era at this era at this 26:10 era like in the '9s like I don't know if I was too young to get accustomed to like knowing but I don't really like 26:15 there was just outside I remember they used to call the dudes in the block unjo 26:22 yeah and I used to ask my father like why you call him Joe because that's all they say Joe yo yo yo yo 26:29 Okay, that makes sense. And um but yeah, like I swear to God, why keep No, it's 26:36 like 26:42 Okay, I love Dominic. Dominicans. Yeah, it's hilarious, bro. But 26:50 I swear to God, ask somebody what's the definition of yo. Oh my god, that's a good 26:56 hilarious. And but I also I also think that like you know even though you were scared at that time with your mom like 27:01 they didn't really mess around with like older women. You see what I'm saying? It was mostly they respected they respected older 27:08 women. Yeah. Um because that was one that's one thing that definitely doesn't happen now. People don't give a damn. 27:15 Like it's crazy how there was a rule kids and women were off limit limits. 27:20 Off limits. Off limits. Off limits. If once you turn 13, you might have some shit to worry about. 27:26 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, even even before, yo, let's say you had beef with somebody. If they were there with their family, you 27:32 you would not do nothing. Now, I It was a code. I've seen I've seen videos 27:39 of I'm sorry. I don't even want to talk about that, but I've seen videos where family members are are like around with 27:45 somebody and they will kill the person that they looking for. That's a little like 27:58 and like kids like it was like super overlim now. Like I feel like people just also like I also we didn't have 28:04 much protection from the police back then. Like remember the back in those days the police we used to have a cop 28:10 out here that used to run the blocks in the sense that that the cops used to go to the drug dealers and be like yo you 28:16 if you pay me something or you give me some of your drugs or like you good to go. Sometimes allegedly 28:22 sometimes you had the police officers run up on drug dealers just to take their shit. Yeah. You see what I'm saying? 28:27 Happened a lot. That happened a lot. There there's police officers that bought houses and shit like that in 28:33 these neighborhoods. That's funny cuz people been like like And it's crazy because within the past few years, like I want 28:39 to say like the past 10 years, a lot of these officers been getting caught up though. Yeah. Cuz there's a lot of them that 28:45 I've seen that they were heavily in the street and they were living like those two lives, two different lives and 28:51 but they don't do that. I don't think they do that anymore. It was okay. The cops now are just getting caught. 28:57 I'd be surprised. Probably in certain You'd be surprised cuz you got to understand like this is New York City, bro. 29:03 Yeah. Like this is this city, bro. And I have visited so many other places. Like there 29:09 is literally nothing like New York City, bro. Like you have a downtown area that 29:16 is predominantly whites. Yeah. Yeah. The Wall Street and all that. And then 29:21 the more you start trickling up, that's when you start seeing like the difference in cultures. Yes. Like if you go to Queens, there's a lot 29:28 of Middle Easterners in Queens. That's true. You feel what I'm saying? So this Columbia be over there too. Yeah. Like this is the one 29:35 city that is that diverse. Cuz I've been to LA. Y know you lived in LA too. Like I 29:41 went to LA, man, and let me tell you something. LA is a beautiful place. It's 29:46 very spacious, but the Dominicans and LA are completely different from the 29:53 Dominican New York City. Completely different. Like it was a culture shock when I went over. 29:59 Would you see yourself living there? No. Like I feel like I would like to go work. I I applaud you. How long were you there 30:06 for? Shit. LA I was 8 years but like 10 years in San Diego for that because I don't think I would have been able to do that. Like I was 30:12 there for for a few days and I was like I just can't see myself doing that. I think I think I think it's different 30:18 if you're part of the entertainment industry. Yeah, that makes sense. But the the thing is the quality of life 30:23 you get in LA is different, bro. Like to be honest, we just did the Dominican parade or whatever. Like the bro that 30:31 was the best time of my motherfucking life. That's what I'm saying. And let me tell you something. When we we went to La Marina, you were walking 30:36 out, you were leaving. I went to La Marina and I was standing there and I was like that energy and they play. 30:43 You feel like you feel like you're back home in DR. Like it feels like that. And I was like I walked out, bro. That 30:50 night when I went home, I was like, I can't believe I spent all this time away from my people that this 30:57 makes you feel guilty. It makes it makes you feel guilty. So guilty, bro. It makes you feel guilty cuz I could 31:02 relate cuz I went to I went to college. I was in Buffalo for 5 years. There's no Dominicans in Buffalo. He was 31:08 in Buffalo. Yeah, I went to Buffalo for school. And like um if there's if there's any Hispanic 31:14 culture in Buffalo is probably predominantly Puerto Ricans and even they are like more Americanized and 31:21 like and Puerto Ricans are closest to us. They're Yeah. Yeah. No, that's like our cousins. Yeah. Like I always say that that's like 31:27 our cousin like our culture as our cousin. But um it like in in Buffalo it 31:32 was it was so crazy for me because like I remember I first got there and I'm looking up Dominican restaurants and it 31:37 just shit says 4 473 miles away. I'm like that's back home. Like what the like what the fuck are you 31:45 talking about? They just gave me my mother's address. That shit had me pissed off. So I'm like oh my god like the culture 31:52 the culture is like so minimal here. So it was like a big culture shock for me and like to get adjusted to that it was 31:59 crazy and I was there only for basketball. That's the only reason I was able to stick through that. 32:05 Ah if I wasn't if I was there like on my I would have been left been left and that 32:11 I felt like that when I got back I was like I started doing like things for the coach. I started going to Koko. I started going and I was like yo bro it's 32:18 beautiful. I was like what the fuck was I doing over there for this long Jose? Shout out to Jose from 32:24 Yeah. Amazing. Amazing. I know Jose for years. I know him for for a very long time, too. Like 32:29 back in the apartment 78. That was our amazing individual, man. We We were like the hood celebrities. 32:35 Apartment 78 felt like you're going to your cousin's house. 32:40 It was it it's necessary for the cuz I feel like a lot of a lot there's been a lot of shifts in Dominicans. We grew up 32:46 dancing, bro. That was like something normal. You know the crazy shit is like and I feel like you got to come from 32:52 like a Caribbean culture to understand this for the most part. I was dating this one girl um she wasn't 32:58 she wasn't Caribbean at all but you know like we grew up like that like we grew up in a house like where if our aunt is 33:03 there we might smack her ass while she's walking that's not disrespectful to us. Yeah. Um when we dance we might be mad clothes 33:11 like with our aunt and like with our cousins. But this is our culture. Like and I was dating this one girl. She couldn't understand that culture because 33:17 her culture was completely different from that. Where was she from? Like what's her background? She was uh Albanian. Oh yeah. 33:23 And I was like bro. And this happened when I was like a freshman in high 33:29 school. Uh a freshman in in college. So a freshman. So what? Like you were dancing with a family member. She was like 33:35 she like what the hell is that? Are you serious? Why are you dry humping your cousin? You were dancing with what? Bachata. 33:40 man get like a typical like you know you get real close and it's like oh no I don't like that bitch you could go 33:48 the fuck is you talking about I'm not going to change my whole culture 33:54 because you don't like it with the hell yeah it's true it's true you know how many yo I grew up with 33:59 Africans and Jamaicans those are like my my my main friends growing up when I was like in my 34:07 and they danced the shit better than me Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They dance my music like you see them at 34:12 my at the baby showers of my family eating the the the the patalito everything dance with my grandmother stuff then they love it. 34:17 They love it. You know also notice like black folks you ever tell a black person like American dance merge 34:24 they got rhythm immediately they got rhythm over Did you not see even the at the parade 34:30 the way that a lot of those guys were black Americans rip. they got rhythm like and and 34:36 motherfucker you for me like I I embrace that like even like I 34:41 remember I was in college and and my my culture was from Nigeria. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. 34:47 Right. And I I'm I'm somebody that I I do research and like I know where our 34:54 ancestors come from. Like I am fully aware, you know. So I just be wanting to tap into like 35:00 those kind of roots, right? And I remember I went to his house and we ate 35:06 like a f like a African family with you have fufu. Fufu. We had gel. We had a whole bunch. 35:12 And then we're sitting on the ground and we're eating like with our hands and stuff and I and I was like this is 35:18 beautiful. Oh that's dope. I was like this is beautiful. Like and fu is platano ain't it? 35:23 It's they do it out of either platano or juka. They have different 35:28 mango. Honestly, African food is probably one of my favorite food. That's taste. Yeah, it's so good. What? 35:34 Does it beat our food? I'm just biased because But their food 35:39 is very different though. Okay. Okay. Like I feel like you have to try their food. Like it's a lot of spices in 35:45 there. Like it's like honestly their jalof is like our loco 35:50 you know what I'm saying? So, but honestly, like I had a few friends like in college, they was Nigerian and they 35:56 used to put me on to like a lot and I used to just soak all that stuff in and I wanted to learn and I wanted so I 36:02 don't understand people that don't want to learn about like this Dominican culture. Yeah. Yeah. Especially like if it's somebody you 36:07 dating, if they feel type way about you dancing with your aunt cuz fuck you. I grew up dancing with my 36:14 sisters. This is normal. You know, I remember I remember like you know what I used to do? So I used to play bacada me 36:21 at the house just cuz I wanted to like start like a little party, right? And it would be just me and my sisters and my 36:27 mom and my dad. And I used to be like I'm like I know if I put these certain 36:32 songs they're going to start dancing and it will be just the five of us dancing here in this in this living 36:39 room, bro. And it will just be a party of five people and we'll have the best time of 36:45 our lives. And I remember and sometimes I I would go to a party like a Dominican party. I'll bring a little CD because 36:50 back in the days it was a CD and I have like He had the book. Remember the book? The book. But I used to I used to burn my own shit 36:57 for real. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yo, these little motherfuckers do not 37:04 know where we had to go. Bro, and then I'll put you put a CD in and you know I'll switch up the genre every every two 37:10 songs and then we I'll play salsasa bachata merge and just to get people dancing and then it will be the best 37:15 parties and it will always work and it will work and everybody's dance the dancing was like and I used to be 37:22 like how did does other culture do it like this can't be only us type thing 37:27 bro like if if you if you like that's one thing I learned like about like the 37:32 African roots and like just Nigerian people in general like they party just like we fucking party like it's like you 37:40 see how we be at a colo in Dr. Yeah. they're in their village and they're fucking everybody's like eating from a 37:46 cosina that they made for the village and and they're playing their instruments and everybody just dancing. 37:52 That's why they have so much rhythm. Bro, we come from there. A lot of us come from that root. Yeah, I I check. I'm definitely 48% 38:00 like we literally come from that root. I am 48% West African. When I see Jamaicans or Africans or 38:07 anybody in the Caribbean dance and they're able to dance our music, if you want you a you'll be able to dance 38:14 their music too. Of course, because you have the same roots. Yeah. Yeah. Everything with them is hips and like 38:19 like you know like me and stuff. So we we carry a lot of course. That is our root. 38:25 It's all from the transatlantic uh slave trade. Like even black folks here, you know, they it was a B. It's just black 38:32 folks here and the Caribbean is one boat stop away. And matter of fact, we got Bro, literally we just got dropped off in that island. 38:37 In that island. You feel what I'm saying? But we all got ged up from this one place and they got 38:42 us they started shipping motherfuckers out and this that you feel what I'm saying? But 38:47 it just so happened that we come from that root, right? And then we diverged into 38:54 becoming part of a Dominican culture. Yes. You know what I'm saying? So now that's in our blood, but our roots come from 39:00 Africa, bro. Like a lot of people don't like to accept that and I don't understand people and I understand like there's Dominicans that 39:06 are like as white as a carton of milk. Yeah. Yeah. And they are our c some of our cult. 39:11 It's not the majority. It's not the majority. It's not majority. The thing is the cast system, the rest of the world, I feel 39:17 like the rest of the world is they built on the cast system. It's like I came in 39:22 is like, you know, whiter you'll have a better life, right? You see what I'm saying? So what if you look at novellas 39:28 every novella not only in Latin American culture but like if you look at Indian 39:34 you look at Turkish Middle Eastern is like it's always the white ones the lighter the light the lighter yeah 39:40 the lightest compression but what separated the United States of America was that they had the one drop 39:45 rule we didn't have the one drop rule ours was just like you have to becomea 39:51 type shit right the I think what benefited the United States of America was the separation the 39:58 saying like yo you know what if you have a little bit of black you're black you're just black so what happened is 40:03 that they segregated everyone that in the 60s the civil rights movements a lot of people are like James Brown came out 40:09 I'm black and I'm proud so all these black folks were like you know what let me wear my natural hair way before any 40:16 other Afro Latinos ever did anything afroatinos is becoming 40:22 like yeah we've been talking about since the the 1600s about afro Latin, right? 40:27 But right now is more of a of a broad conversation, but still, baby, 40:33 it's still But I'm excited for the next generation. We're talking like if you see Tik Toks, 40:38 the next generation of Dominicans, they mostly talk about their blackness and accepting it. I just like that. I just like that in 40:44 that sense like um a lot of us cuz there's a lot of us that already had accepted that, but it was good to see 40:50 like the youth being able to embrace that. Yeah. And it's mostly educated, you know, it's 40:55 like more educated person. I honestly love that, bro, because we didn't we I feel like in our generation 41:00 and not ever, we didn't have the means to like kind of like look stuff like this up. We just rolled with the punches. We didn't have that that literally just 41:06 roll with the punches. Um this is what we know. And then but like years later, you get older, you want to like kind of 41:12 like um research and have knowledge on this stuff. And I just like that they're doing that for themselves. Nobody got to 41:17 sit there and try to push that narrative to them. And like they're understanding like, okay, we come from this route. And some of us may have made may diverse to 41:24 other places in the world. And that's that's fine. But we got to understand where we really really really come from. 41:30 I think I think I think the only way that we can make a change is like learn from what black Americans did. 41:35 What Afro Latinos need to do is create the music. There's there's also past Afro Latinos. We're talking about Isa is 41:42 Ria from Puerto Rico. 41:48 Beautiful song. You know what I'm saying? 41:53 So we have to still continue, you know, even the work that we do as comedians, we need to be like, okay, if 42:01 we make movies and TV shows, we need to highlight the blackness and and put it in a beautiful light, 42:07 right? And like just in cuz at the end of the day, it's informational stuff that people a lot of people just don't know 42:12 because they just don't want to take the time to go learn it. But the thing is that people don't read no more. That's the thing, too. And like I 42:18 honestly like that's one of my favorite things to do. Like I feel like um reading just helps 42:24 it just helps you intellectually like in so many fucking ways like and like to me like that's that's my 42:31 past time. Like whenever I'm on a train that I know I got an hour ride. I'mma read that train about to feel like 20 minutes. 42:36 Yes. I'm learning shit. You're learning. You're one of the you know you're one of the few people that 42:41 actually read nowadays. I love reading and I love reading from a book. Like I don't want to read from my 42:46 phone and I'm buying a book on my phone. That shit is so stupid to me. Where do you write your jokes? There's so many there's so many other 42:52 talking about that like read. You like to read. Do you write your jokes on your phone or do you I This is the crazy part. Don't kill me 42:58 for this. I don't write. Mhm. I write topics. Okay. And have subtopics. 43:03 Okay. From that I just go to the show, see the dynamic of the show and just try 43:10 because I caught myself in the beginning just trying to um be one-dimensional with like 43:16 everything that I was doing, right? Like as far as jokes and stuff. Oh, I don't care who's in the crowd. I'm going to talk about this. 43:22 That doesn't work for me. I just got to see what I have in the crowd. Cuz I remember I did a show Uhhuh. 43:27 downtown. It's probably like my fourth show ever. And when I get there, um, there's not one Dominican in sight. 43:35 So, you had to read the room real quick, huh? Yeah. So, had had I not gotten there early, bro, I would have bombed the fuck out of 43:41 that set. So, I get there early to like view some of the other comics and I'm looking in the room and I'm like, yo, 43:47 there's no what they're laughing about. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There's nobody here to see me though. Like, there's nobody that's going to relate to what I'm saying. So, I'm there 43:53 and I'm like, okay. So, now I have to twist my whole dynamic into relationships and growing up in New York City. Mhm. 43:59 That was my whole set. The train stations, the commute, 44:04 the inflation, relationships, and I had a smash set. 44:09 Good. Amazing set. And not a lot of people could do some shit like that. It takes a level of 44:15 being present. Yeah, bro. You got it. And you got to care about the product you're putting out, bro. Like, I try to tell these 44:21 people all the time like even if you pride yourself on not writing us, it's fine. Mhm. 44:27 But know what you're going to talk about when you go up there. Have a clue. I 44:33 love how you do comedy. You know why? Because you're somebody that you have your topics, but you're tapping into 44:38 these crowds. You know, Viola is amazing at that. Yeah. Like you you guys are like the two main 44:45 people that I've seen that can crowd surf the fuck out of a show and forget about your set and use that shit 44:51 tomorrow if you want. But I've seen that with my own two eyes and I feel like that shit is important. You can't just 44:57 be onedimensional to like I remember we would book a lot of like shows where it only features like a Dominican crowd. 45:04 Yeah. And I started fucking spazzing on these guys like, "Bro, what the fuck are we doing?" Yeah. If you want to be great, you got 45:09 to at least you can't only be funny to a Dominican. No, that is impossible. 45:15 No, you want to be mainstream, you want to be big time, you got to be funny to everybody. Whether it's Indians, whether 45:22 it's Asians, whether it's Hispanics, whether it's African, Jamaicans, don't matter. You want to be funny to 45:28 everybody. You want everybody to be able to relate to you cuz then when everybody relates to you, we can do what we were 45:34 talking about. Put our culture out there. Yeah. Now they understand 45:39 because it's a is a human experience. Like, you know, I'm on Broadway and Broadway there's no Dominicans. So, I 45:46 got to figure out like what is it that I could do as a Okay, I could talk about being American. I do talk a little bit 45:51 more about politics, but I'm trying to like throw back a little bit, right? That's a tough topic cuz that's a tough That's a tough topic. 45:58 I could see certain cars will alienate them. You see what I'm saying? So, 46:04 uh you know, one thing I appreciate about California is that there was no 46:09 Dominicans there like that. So it was like my crowd was mostly yeah Latino but I get like Mexicans, Peruvians and stuff 46:15 like that. I would tour IA and I gets more of a black crowd. So I like get perform more of a black crowd, 46:20 right? Doing the clubs out here like Harlem. Harlem is a black crowd. I'm like, okay, I I could see what 46:25 and that's what I'm used to performing black and and our Dominicans. Dominicans and over there you get more 46:32 touristy and broad I love that Broadway you could get like a whole bunch of different people. There's not a lot of people from New York. So but I'm like 46:37 okay you're making these people laugh. I'm talking about these people showing up from Boston. They people showing up 46:43 from the south. We have we have we've had people show up from North Carolina all the way to New York for a show. For a show 46:49 and and I'm like why did you come out here? They were like we don't know you guys going to come to North Carolina so we'd rather How does that feel? How does that 46:55 feeling to cuz this is the thing bro like it's one thing to be able to make people 47:01 laugh on your phone. It is a different feeling to be able to put those faces that's on your phone into seats to 47:07 actually sit there and come watch you. Like it's an amazing feeling. Like I'm always I'm truly humbled, bro. Like 47:13 yo, we drove a 100 miles to come see you. It's wild. And but like 47:19 I'm pretty sure you guys get those messages too. Like you get the yo man, you don't know how much you make my day. I'm going through something tough right 47:25 now. So that's that keeps you like going. Like that's like little literally fuel to like 47:31 for for for for your car like let's like that that's fuel to me like no agreed. So when I get those type of messages and 47:38 I see like people travel that's why I feel like I like to feel like I like my 47:44 followers or the supporters feeling like I have a relationship with them. Yeah. And that's what they want. 47:50 You can come here. Yeah. You can come and you can talk to me. They they feel like cuz they feel like they know you. When people stop you like oh I've seen you for years. I've 47:57 gotten that a million times. I feel like I know you already know. Yeah. Yeah. Because they're so accustomed to like 48:03 seeing you and you you you do something for them. Yes. You know how you're providing you're providing a service. 48:08 You know how special it is, bro, for you to just for somebody to scroll through an Instagram and see your face 48:14 and start laughing right away. Yeah. They show with the other 48:19 I love seeing you get your FL. I love seeing you get your flowers. And you saw how we were all everyone like as the 48:25 Dominican day. I know a lot of people went up to you. I saw and you saw how people 48:31 [Music] like watching it like watching you 48:36 receive it, watching you the day of the parade, right? 48:42 And the compliment I got, I got this compliment from an artist Noah. Um, she does rap. 48:48 Oh, yes. She's so amazing. She sounds familiar. She was cafe. She's the one that she rapsita. 48:56 She's amazing, right? 49:01 I like I like her style. 49:22 Mhm. 49:28 And she was like, and I was like, that is probably the best compliment 49:33 I've ever had in my life. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She didn't speak about my looks. She didn't speak about 49:38 she talk about your energy. Get your flow. out. Yeah. Yeah. So that's when that's when I realized 49:45 like it goes a long way when somebody comes and is a support and it comes and you 49:52 don't give and you don't give them a cold shoulder. Yeah. Cuz I've seen I've seen I've seen like comments of like certain people let's 49:59 say under their own post that that people will be bashing like they ain't shit. I tried to say hi to them and they kept pushing 50:06 and and even someone that you had mentioned I'm not going to call his name out cuz I still respect what they have done but okay there's there's this weird 50:14 no like it get to the point that I was like 50:19 we need enemies where the laws of power is if you don't have any enemies make them 50:25 I feel like I ain't doing shit right I don't got no one no enemies no I observe 50:31 no No, no. It was somebody even bigger. Somebody bigger up. I was like, "Yo, my friend wants to pick 50:37 and he was just like I don't like." And then he then he 50:42 watched us stand there and I'm there with like a basketball player. I'm there with Whoopy Goldber's family. Like he 50:49 don't even know who I'm who I'm with. Yeah. Yeah. You know that. I'm like, "Yo, these people actually like this person. They 50:55 wanted a quick pick." And they're like, "You know him?" I'm like, "Well, I I know of him. He knows. We've said 51:01 hello mad times. We worked the comedy circles. Let me try. 51:08 But I did it because my friends wanted it. You know what's the worst thing that 51:13 somebody could do with this whole social media stuff is let it get to their head. 51:19 Because right now we're all blessed to be able to do this for to take control of our career, 51:25 right? We're blessed to do that. But we don't own these fucking man. 51:30 Nope. If they decided right now like they was about to just shut Tik Tok down, 51:36 there's going to be a lot of people just because they was full of shit and they want to build relationship with motherfuckers that's going to be 51:41 they're getting shit out of luck, bro. And it's like that's why it's so important for me like I'd rather build a 51:47 relationship with you, bro. And then and grow from that. And you know what? I wish a lot of 51:54 people understood that. And I feel like I know a lot of people that got into their heads even working at pedal like there's people that part of pedal like 52:00 that you be like damn what you see is what you get cool people on and off the camera 52:05 never meet your e you know but there's other people that you're like okay this is a caricature of 52:11 a person that when it comes off camera this person is really high and mighty 52:17 rude. You see what I'm saying? And I've met tons tons of people like that and they don't notice it. And they don't notice No, 52:23 they think they're not they're not doing anything wrong. Yeah. For me, I'm the type of person, 52:30 oh, I saw somebody send me they sent me DMs and go like, I saw you and I didn't 52:35 say hi to you because I was nervous. I was like, you seen me and you fucking support my work. You come over. You come 52:42 over and say to me for sure 52:49 because as much as you may not want to look at it like that or Rose may not want to 52:55 look at or me because I don't want to say we're humble because I hate people that say that 53:01 about themselves. I'm a humble person. I got a good heart. Um we're lenient people let's say right. 53:07 Um, but you don't you're not necessarily looking at the impact you got. Yeah. Yeah. 53:13 It's hard. It's hard because you're the one that's in it. You're the one providing this stuff. So So it's hard 53:18 for you to understand how people view you. You will never be able to see that how people see you from their light. 53:24 So it's sometimes I I can understand when somebody be like, "Good point." 53:29 Because it's like that day they they came out their house, they was not expecting to see God. 53:34 Yeah. Yeah. So I'm see this morning. I just watched your video. 53:45 So sometimes I understand and I always I always try to hit him with those same messages like 54:03 but it's hard. I can understand when people say that because like for me, one of my favorite artists 54:09 or or actors, okay, is Johnny Depp. Okay. If I see that nigga walk, I might faint. 54:14 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And I might DM like, "Yo, I saw you in 34 Street, but there like it's a 54:20 different it's a different feeling." Like, and then Johnny Depp, I know I might not ever see him. You they know 54:26 it's a possibility to run into you. But even knowing the possibility, they 54:31 don't expect that. Yeah. Yeah. So when they actually see it, they're like, "Fuck, that's him." 54:36 That's true. You feel me? So I understand it in that sense, bro. You like you have And also people don't know how you're 54:42 going to react because they see they forget. They're like, "Oh, wait. I only see this person on social media. I don't know how they're going to be in person." 54:47 I was at Kell yesterday and like when I walk into I'm pretty sure you probably got that too. Like everybody like 54:56 usually we sit like at the back. For me to get from the front to the back, it takes me 40 minutes. No way. Cuz I'm literally with everybody. Mhm. I 55:03 don't say no to nobody, right? I don't say no to me. And then somebody came up to me at the end. 55:15 Uhhuh. See, 55:26 beautiful. I understand when people be like, "Yo, man, that's a human being. And I don't want I don't want to just be 55:33 cuz there's other people like but I'm going to see like just like we have real supporters. There's other people that feel entitled 55:39 to you doing that. That's one thing I don't like. Like I'm real I don't say no to people 55:45 but like if I'm like walking with my mom or like I got the the babies like my nieces and my nephew with me. I'm going 55:50 to say no to people. Yeah. Yeah. You going to get on your Eminem. I'm going to say no to people just because I am trying to protect them. 55:56 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's the only time. 56:06 So, as far as stuff like that, there's people that's entitled. I remember, bro. And I don't know. Like, I'm pretty I'm pretty sure you got this shit, too. But 56:12 And you're a female. You get this. But I'm We get sexualized, too. Yeah. Yeah. 56:17 Oh, yeah. You feel what I'm saying? Like, there's stuff that's happened to me at shows, bro, that I don't even speak about. 56:23 Like, wild ass. Can we speak a little bit about that? I say it all the time. This is my joke 56:28 when I see wild ass shit happened to me that like 56:41 yo I feel like as okay as a female females don't we don't got men trying to 56:48 touch us like that but you guys I see it I see I know I haven't had that shit bro like 56:54 I don't complain this is the thing man Like one one that's crazy. But one like out 57:02 of the blue like I remember I'm interviewing somebody out of the 57:08 I'm like no. 57:15 It's not even about that. It's not even about that. I I felt violated. 57:22 I'm going be honest. What the hell? So, I told the security guard I told the security guard, I was like, "Yo, bro. Um, you're supposed to 57:29 be watching this shit." Yeah. Yeah. Get the fuck you doing? 57:36 Like, he's like in shock like and I'm like, "Bro, if this shit happens again, I'm not I'm stopping the 57:41 interviews. I'm going home." Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So, real question. Who was it? Like, was it like dated a a supporter? Have you dated a 57:48 supporter from a show? Dated a supporter from Yeah. Like, have you taken it to that 57:54 level? Cuz I I I know you know you guys. I love I love all my my friends, all my 58:00 guy friends. Those are my brothers. Damn. Like you mean you mean like met at the show and then like No, no. Like you 58:06 met her at the show and then you slept with them. No, bro. Yeah. Thank I didn't want to say it like that. I haven't done that. Oh 58:12 yo, I haven't done that. No comment. 58:18 You know, now I feel like an asshole. 58:28 I worry. I worry. I be like 58:37 90% women. Like literally I mean 58:52 You got to start making announcements like that. 59:04 Okay. 59:18 It's like it's like it's like when you're invite when you're invite when you invite your thirsty ass friend to church. 59:23 That's true. I've done that when I was a kid. Be hoes there. I got a friend like that, bro. 59:30 Be hoes there, bro. Like, papa, you're going to violate you, bro. Bro, I got a dude that was like, "Yo, 59:35 like I'm like, yo, let's go to eat at a Brazilian restaurant." He goes like, "Oh, I love Brazilian hoes." I'm like, 59:41 do is getting ready for the kill, bro. 59:48 Oh shit, bro. I was just trying to go to fucking the chow, bro. 59:56 That's what I'm trying to eat. Get it? N I'm like I'm like what? I'm like, bro. I'm like, yeah, yeah, yeah. And I the 1:00:02 other day I was like, oh yeah, let's go. You know, there's this Mexican spot. Oh, I love Mexican bitches. And I was like, 1:00:07 "Bro, can't just don't call them just don't call them bitches. Please don't call them just not call them bitches." 1:00:13 Well, what you want me to say, "Women?" I'm like, "Yeah, that's that's the actual term. 1:00:19 That's that's a term." N fuck these. 1:00:26 Oh, man. You were talking about earlier about um what I like is that when you got here, 1:00:31 talk about the trending. There was a there's a trending thing where men are calling their boys be like, "Yo, to say 1:00:37 good night." I'm so guarded, bro. Yeah, we are. I feel like as men we're guarded, but like explain what what the 1:00:44 trend you were talking. So, the trend is basically um you'll call your friend, your boy, like your 1:00:49 guy and late at night, 10, 11 at night, and you're doing some simple ass shit, just 1:00:56 wishing him a good night. Uhhuh. And men are so guarded that we take that a type of way. But I was trying to do 1:01:04 the fucking I was trying to do it and then I I figured out my friends are just probably a little bit too much. Yo, can we do it right now? Can you just 1:01:09 call right now? I just want to see him good night at fucking No, I just want to I just want to see how your afternoon 1:01:14 call one of your boys right now and just be like I'm just calling to tell you I love you. Yeah. Just want to say I just want to 1:01:20 see how your morning went. How did you wake up today? Yeah. How did you wake up? I love you. I don't know. Let me see. Let me see it. 1:01:27 Let me see if they Oh, this is going to be I'm going to do that, too. We're going to We're going to try that. You just call a random 1:01:32 Oh my god. Let me see. Probably going to be mad wor 1:01:47 What time is it? It's 12:48. 1:01:58 He's not going to pick up. He ain't going to pick up. People be one more person. Come on. 1:02:03 Think of one more person. One more person. One more person. We got to see. Let me see what's going to be the reaction. 1:02:10 The million dollar prize. You know not to call that person if you ever need a lifeline. 1:02:20 Oh fuck. is at work. 1:02:28 Ian will probably pick up. He's gaming right now. 1:02:33 Ivon would definitely probably 1:02:49 yo my brother. How you doing, bro? 1:02:55 Yeah. Yeah. Good week and for you to have a great afternoon, my brother. 1:03:06 I love you. I appreciate you, too. Are we meeting for the video for 1:03:13 Thursday or no? Yeah. Yeah, we should. We should do that Thursday. Okay. All right. I'll see you around. P. Love 1:03:20 you. Love you. You already know. 1:03:28 My name though. My friends, my friends are too nice, bro. Like, my friends, like I'm telling you, I tried the good night stuff and 1:03:34 I call one of my boys, Brian. And I'm like, "Yo, it's fucking late at night. I'm trying to sound drowsy on the 1:03:40 phone." Yo, bro. Yeah. I'm just I'm just calling you, man, to to wish you sweet dreams and a good 1:03:45 night. And go, "Oh, my boy. Thank you, man." I like what the I like this is not going 1:03:50 how I planned it to go. Like this shit is not working. I think with Caribbean men they 1:03:55 especially the Dominican Puerto Ricans from what I know of. I could call any Dominican right now or one of my boys be 1:04:02 if I call them be like yo yo I was just calling to say good night. They be like yo good night to you too my brother. If 1:04:07 I say I love you and be like yo I just call tell you I love you. They be like call you. 1:04:12 It's so normal for me to hang up the phone with my friend and be like yo. It could be a guy, it could be a woman. 1:04:18 I love you. I mean, I tell honestly like I'm mad prideful about like my friends and shit, 1:04:24 the people that I keep around me. So, if I have you around you to think, so it's easy for me to say that. Like, I 1:04:31 don't I never felt no type of way of telling somebody, "Yo, you're 1:04:38 But there's people that they they feel they feel weird about that." That's not me. I don't know. Yo, I love us. Look, I love us. 1:04:48 Well, with that, you know, I appreciate you coming through, man. Thank you so much, bro. Is there anything you want to let the people know like where to catch you at? 1:04:55 Like, what's I got a few shows this month. I'm actually with you this weekend. That's going to be amazing.
